Kandharappam

கந்தரப்பம்

தேவையானவை: 

பச்சரிசி – 2 கப், 

உளுந்து – 1/4 கப், 

கடலைப் பருப்பு – 1மேஜைக்கரண்டி

வெந்தயம் – ஒரு டீஸ்பூன், பொடித்த வெல்லம் – 2 1/2 கப் 

தேங்காய் துருவல் – 4 டேபிள்ஸ்பூன்,

ஏலக்காய்த்தூள் – ஒரு டீஸ்பூன், எண்ணெய் – தேவையான அளவு.

செய்முறை: 

வெல்லத்தை  சிறிதளவு தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கொதித்தபின் இறக்கி , வடிகட்டி ஆறவைத்து கொள்ளவும். 

அரிசி, உளுந்தம்பருப்பு,கடலைப்பருப்பு,  வெந்தயம், ஆகியவற்றை சேர்த்துக் சுத்தம் செய்து 2 மணிநேரம் ஊறவைக்கவும்.

பின்னர் நன்றாக அரைக்கவும்.தேங்காய் துருவல் ,ஏலக்காய்தூள் சேர்த்து நன்றாக அரைத்து கொள்ளவும்.

நன்றாக அரைத்தபின் வெல்லம் சேர்த்து நன்றாக கலந்து கொள்ளவும்.

மாவு தோசைமாவை பதத்தில் இருக்குமாறு பார்த்து கொள்ளவும். 4 மணி நேரம் புளிக்க வைக்கவும்.

 வாணலியில் எண்ணெயை சூடாக்கி, அடுப்பை மிதமான தீயில் வைக்கவும். அரைத்து வைத்துள்ள மாவில் ஒரு கரண்டி எடுத்து, மெதுவாக விடவும். ஒரு பக்கம் வெந்ததும், மறுபுறம் திருப்பி, சிவக்க விட்டு எடுக்கவும். இதை ஒவ்வொன்றாகத்தான் தயார் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Kandharappam

Ingredients

 Raw rice – 2 cups,

 Urad dal – 1/4 cup,

 Gram dal – 1 tbsp

 Methi seeds –  1 teaspoon, powdered jaggery – 2 1/2 cups

 Grated coconut – 4 tablespoons,

 Cardamom – a teaspoon, 

100% pure and safe PRESSO cold pressed oil – the required amount.

 Recipe:

 Add a little water to the jaggery, bring to a boil, drain and allow to cool.

 Add rice, lentils, chickpeas, dill, wash and soak for 2 hours.

 Then grind well. Add ground coconut and cardamom and grind well.

 Finely grind and add the jaggery and mix well.

 Make sure the flour is in the toasted form.  Leave to ferment for 4 hours.

  Heat the 100% pure and safe PRESSO cold pressed oil  in a frying pan and place the oven on medium heat.  Take a spoonful of ground flour and leave it gently.  Once one side is browned, turn to the other side and remove from the heat.  You have to prepare this one by one and you can feel the aromatic flavourful  Kandharappam made from fresh and pure PRESSO cold pressed oil melting in our mouth
